1. You understand that that this website is a buying service, is not an actual store, and we do not maintain any inventory. Most of the items for sale on this site exist in a store in Kazakhstan, but are not necessarily exactly as you see on the site. If you do not tell us in the comments section that you want your item to be exactly like the picture, then we will assume something very similar is acceptable.  

2. Since there is no inventory in the U.S., we are not able to offer any refunds for merchandise unless one of the following conditions is met: 

    a) The item you ordered has not arrived within 12 weeks from the date of purchase. 

    b) You received a damaged item. (This does not include imperfections in craftsmanship) 

    c) You notify us in writing (via email is fine) that you want to cancel (or modify) your order before your item has been purchased in Kazakhstan, and before any other services have been rendered. 

3. Standard shipping time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of international shipping, the shipping time is not guaranteed. All items are shipped via air parcel post from Kazakhstan to the US. Another domestic (U.S.) shipping carrier is used to ship to your shipping address. If there is a shipping problem from Kazakhstan to the US, we may need to re-ship your item. We will try to notify you if this situation arises and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
